Are Etnashire products always available?
All the products in the Etnashire catalogue are always available. If a specific product is sold out, the website will immediately reflect it. If the product you bought is sold out and you placed several orders at the same time, you will be immediately contacted and requested to replace the product or you will be reimbursed for its price.

Can I place orders with my VAT number?
Yes, absolutely. You just need to insert your VAT number when you checkout from your order.

Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices of all the products in our catalogue always include VAT.

What discounts apply to the products?
Periodically we highlight a wide selection of products which we offer at discounts or for which we have promotions.

Do I have to register on the Etnashire website to buy the products?
No, you do not need to register to purchase our products. However, registration is easy and quick. You will thus be able to access your personal account, see your previous orders, get updates on our promotions and speed up your next purchase without having to insert your personal information again.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order before shipment. To request the cancellation of an order, contact us and provide the order number, your first and last name and your phone number.

How can I pay the products I buy on Etnashire?

All payments are absolutely secure and 100% guaranteed. You can pay by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners, Postepay.

  • By Paypal: the transaction occurs directly with PayPal.
  • By bank transfer: email us at info@etnashire.com and we will give you the bank details to make the payment.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

How are Etnashire products shipped?
All our products are shipped and delivered by leading courier companies specialized in fragile and perishable products such as wine and food, i.e. DHL and GLS.

 

What about delivery times?

Your order will be delivered within 72 business hours in Italy and 8/15 days in Europe, between 9.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
Are wine shipments safe?
Yes, absolutely. We only use safe packaging, especially designed to ship wines and food. In addition, all shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage.

What is the cost of Etnashire shipments?
For orders above €100 shipments are free in Italy. For smaller amounts, costs vary based on the quantity of products and the destination. For shipment costs in Europe, you can look at the Shipments page which shows costs for all countries.

What should I do when the products are delivered?

You should check that the products delivered correspond to your order. Also, you should check that the packaging is not open or conspicuously damaged. In this case, you should inform the courier immediately. You will be immediately contacted to have your products replaced or to be fully reimbursed. If everything is in order, you can sign the courier receipt and pick up the products.

What happens if the products are delivered when I am not at home?
If no-one is home, the courier will leave a delivery failure notice with its contact information. The following day the courier will make another attempt to deliver the products at the same address.If you are still not at home, contact us and we will arrange the delivery with the courier for you.

I am usually not at home during business hours. Can you mail the parcel to another address, such as my office?
Yes, absolutely, you just need to fill out the order form with the address where you want to receive the package. This address can be different to the billing address.
